All contractor licensing and building permit issuance is handled by the Wynne Fire Department.

BUSINESS PRIVILEGE LICENSES
Ordinance 812 requires all businesses operating within the city limits to obtain a privilege license. Privilege licenses are maintained by the Wynne Police Department and must be renewed every year by July 1.
