The City of Wynne is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms for services related to federal grant administration, accounting, and compliance management for current and future disaster recovery funding.  The city reserves the right to reject any/all bids, in whole or part, or award items separately.  The city encourages participation from MBE/DBE/WBE and SBA vendors.
